I know what it is like to be exhausted, only to have your mind race the moment you lie down. Poor sleep left me chronically fatigued and it began to interfere with my life, both personally and professionally. I kept asking deeper questions because nothing made sense when symptoms were treated in isolation.

That search is what led me to functional health consulting. I learned that sleep was not just about sleep, and that my digestive issues and stress responses were connected in ways conventional approaches never addressed. I did not pursue additional training to collect credentials. I needed a framework that explained what I was experiencing and allowed me to connect the dots in a meaningful way.

I became a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, having already trained in culinary medicine and certified keto and carnivore coach, learning how nutrition, stress, sleep, and physiology interact in real life. Today, I work as a Functional Health Consultant supporting people who feel exactly how I once did: stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure why sleep never improves while fatigue, gut issues, and chronic stress continue to overlap.

My work is data-informed and pattern-based, using labs, education around diet and supplements, and a supportive structure to guide change. This is not about perfection or extremes. It is about clarity, restoring resilience, and learning to trust the body again.
